1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sunrise Marine website (sunrisemarine.in) and any quotation, sale or supply of equipment by us. By browsing this website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

2. About us

Sunrise Marine is an independent supplier of genuine, used, surplus and refurbished marine, navigation, automation and oilfield equipment, based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, near the Alang ship-recycling yard. We source equipment from decommissioned vessels and surplus stock, inspect and refurbish it, and export it worldwide.

3. Products — condition & description

Unless clearly stated as “New”, equipment is sold as used, surplus or refurbished. We describe each item's condition honestly to the best of our knowledge and grade it as Tested–Working, Refurbished or Used–Inspected. Photographs show the actual item or a representative unit of the same model. Specifications, dimensions and compatibility are indicative and should be confirmed with our team before purchase.

• Stock changes frequently and all items are subject to prior sale.
• Buyers are responsible for confirming that an item is suitable and compatible for their intended use and vessel/rig.
• We are not the manufacturer; items are supplied for use by qualified, competent personnel.

4. Brand names & trademarks

Manufacturer and brand names (for example Furuno, Sperry Marine, Anschütz, JRC, Rosemount, Cameron, Varco and others) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this website for identification and reference only. Sunrise Marine is an independent reseller of genuine equipment and is not an authorised distributor of, or affiliated with, these manufacturers unless expressly stated. Reference to a brand does not imply endorsement by that manufacturer.

5. Quotations, pricing & orders

Prices are provided on enquiry and are valid for the period stated in the quotation (or 14 days if not stated). Quotations are not binding until confirmed by us in writing against current stock. All prices are exclusive of freight, insurance, taxes and import duties unless expressly included. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel any order, refunding amounts already paid.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are confirmed on receipt of payment (or an agreed advance) by bank transfer. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full. Any bank charges, currency-conversion costs or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Shipping, export & delivery

We export worldwide. Delivery timelines, Incoterms and the carrier are agreed per order and quoted estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Title and risk pass according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for import duties, taxes, licences and customs clearance in the destination country. Export documentation and original OEM paperwork (where available) are provided to assist clearance.

8. Inspection, warranty & returns

Equipment is inspected and, where applicable, function-tested before dispatch, and its condition is disclosed at the point of sale. Used and refurbished goods are otherwise supplied “as-is” without manufacturer warranty unless a specific warranty is stated in writing for that item. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any discrepancy or transit damage within 7 days, with photographs. Returns are accepted only by prior written agreement; bespoke, cut, or clearly-described-condition items are non-returnable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, downtime or vessel/rig delay, arising from the supply or use of equipment or from use of this website.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sunrise Marine against claims arising from your misuse of supplied equipment, your installation or operation of it by non-qualified personnel, or your breach of these terms or applicable export/import laws.

11. Intellectual property & website use

All website content, layout, text, images and branding are the property of Sunrise Marine unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission. You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false, abusive or automated enquiries.

12. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

13. Privacy

Personal data submitted through this site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and any enquiry made after it is posted.
